This Kit contains:

A 6 inch Bio-degradable felt bag, microgreens seeds, vermicompost enriched potting mix along with instructions for planting and care.

Microgreens are very considered a superfood, these baby greens are full of health benefits and radically outperform their mature counterparts in antioxidants.

Basically they are overgrown sprouts that are grown in potting media and consumed after they are a couple weeks old with new leaves. These are trimmed at the base and consumed.

The seedlings can be planted in larger pots to become full grown plants too.
